ability to add own watch provider

For example, I have a web application that opens a movie by tmdb id, I want to be able to add the “open in <my service>” item and specify the address https://my-service/{{tmdb-id}}
parameters can be: TMdDb ID, IMDb ID, Title (localized), Title (original), Year
